Bar and Drink Services
Pine Meadows Venue offers non-alcoholic and alcoholic drink services to all our booked guests. We do require that our guests purchase our non-alcoholic drink services with the only exception being if their licensed and insured caterer is providing non-alcoholic drinks.
We exclusively offer alcoholic drink services through our in-house service should our guests choose to use the optional alcoholic beverage service.
We serve all our drinks, alcoholic and non (not including beer served in glass bottles), in plasticware, but glassware is available to our guests at an up charge (detailed below).
Drink packages are priced by total guest count in the increments below.
0-50 People | 51-100 People | 101-130 People | 131-160 People | 161-190 People | 191-220 People | 221-250 People | 251-280 People | 280-300 People

Option One
Self-serve water and lemonade for up to 4 hours. Ice, cups, and napkins are also included.
We will provide drink dispensers and replenish for the duration of reception.
Option Two
Self-serve coffee, tea, water, lemonade, and soda for up to 4 hours. Ice, cups, and napkins are also included.
We will provide drink dispensers and replenish for the duration of reception. Cream, sugar, and stir sticks will be available for coffee (decaf and regular available).
Non-Alcoholic
Drink package pricing is based on total guest count.
If you would like to add serve staff in to serve drinks, servers are available at $25/hour/server at your request. See Add-Ons for details for servers.
Beer and Wine
Your choice of beers and wine from our Beer and Wine Menu for up to 4 hours. Your choice of non-alcoholic drinks from our Non-Alcoholic Drink Menu. Bartenders, ice, cups, and napkins are also included.
Up to 2 bartenders are included in the cost of your bar option based on size. We can staff additional bartenders at your request.
Open Bar means the drinks have been paid for by the couple and are free to guests. Your number of people will be based on total guest number regardless of age.
+Hard Liquor
Your choice of drinks from our Beer and Wine and Hard Liquor Menus. Your choice of non-alcoholic drinks from our Non-Alcoholic Drink Menu for up to 4 hours. Bartenders, ice, cups, and napkins are also included.
Up to 2 bartenders will be included in the cost of your part size. We can staff additional bartenders at your request.

For beer we serve three main options: Bud Light, Busch Light, and Michelob Ultra
Our wine selection offers a variety of sweet, semi-sweet, and dry whites and reds.
And for our hard liquor menu, we have a large selection of liquors available with multiple options/brands for the standard liquors. Our full bar will have varieties of: Vodka, Tequila, Rum, Bourbon, Gin, Scotch, Triple sec, Peach schnapps, Amaretto, Jägermeister, Rumple mints, Malibu, and others.
How Cash Bar Works
Your guests will pay for their own drinks, and you will be responsible for paying for the bar staff and an 18% gratuity fee ( not the drink sales)
We staff 1 bartender (minimum) for every 75 guests and 1 barback (minimum) needed for every 100 guests. You must staff the bartender (and barback if needed) for a minimum of 5 hours. Bar staff will accept tips/gratuity from guests.
You will also need to purchase a non-alcoholic drink package, but we will no charge gratuity on that package.
You can choose from the Beer and Wine or Hard Liquor Menus for you and your guests!
Cash Bar means that guests pay for their own drinks at market price. Your number of people will be based on total guest number regardless of age.
