EARLY START

$200. Come in an hour early (9am) to get a jump on decorating, hair and make up, or a quiet moment before the hustle of the day!

ROOM FLIP

$250 for us to transition the ceremony space to a reception layout if needed.

FLOOR PLAN CUSTOMIZATIONS/LATE CHANGES

$250. Pine Meadows Staff will offer you floor plan options for your guest count for you to choose from - the initial set up of this floor plan is included. However, last minute changes to this floor plan or customized floor plans will cost $250.

40X60 WHITE TENT

$799, with lights $999 (set up & tear down included with both options)

REHEARSAL DINNER & VENDOR SET UP OPTION 

$895. Available to be booked with you 45 days out, 5 hours at the venue the day before your wedding. This gives you the option to have a rehearsal dinner, have a welcome period with your guests, and offers the option for your vendors to set up. Limited availability. This can only be booked 45 day out. IF you are wanting to secure your additional date for a rehearsal dinner or more, we have a two-day rental available at time of booking.

STRUNG LIGHTS AND/OR DRAPERY

Lights alone will be $150; Drapery alone is $225; Both lights and drapery will $325. This price Includes our staff members hanging the lights and drapery across the mezzanine for you!

FIRE PIT + S’MORES

$150. We provide 1 attendant, light the fire, maintain it, and clean up afterwards. The fire will be maintained for a maximum of 3 hours. S'mores (individually wrapped) included upon request for to 50 guests.  $30 for each additional 25 guests.

FIRE PIT

$85. We will light and maintain the fire in the fire pit for a maximum of 3 hours.

2 minute,  5 minute, and 8 minute packages available. Contact us for pricing

CARRIAGE RIDES

 $300 Bride & Groom taken to & from the ceremony, plus stopping for pictures. Additional rides for guests are $200 for the first hour, $100 for each additional hour. 

HAY RIDES

$200 first hour, $100 for each additional hour. 

GOLF CART TRANSPORTATION 

$35 per hour, driven by a Pine Meadows Venue staff member. 

CAKE CUTTER

$50 for an experienced Pine Meadows Team Member to cut and plate your cake.

BUSSER/SERVER

A Pine Meadows team member that can be hired to bus tables and keep the reception and food area tidy during your reception period. $25/hour for one server (2 hour minimum).

Notice:

  • There is a 5.662% sales tax in addition to the venue rental fee.

  • Your contract rate and terms will be based on the date the contract is written, not the date of the tour (if prices change).

COORDINATION AND PLANNING

Day of Coordinator Tier 1 $550

Elise will coordinate with all vendors, manage the timeline provided to her, direct the wedding party and coordinate your reception.  

She will also confirm all details with the venue.

Day of Coordinator Tier 2 $975

This package makes your wedding day run smoothly. Elise will create a detailed timeline for you and coordinate with all the vendors you have already selected.

 She will confirm their arrival time and details prior to your wedding day to ensure everything goes smoothly.  She will work along side you, assisting with all elements necessary that will create your perfect wedding day.  

She will coordinate your entire day,

leaving you stress free.

 All venue details will be confirmed and managed as well.

Planner / Day of Coordinator Tier 3 $2750

This top package includes assistance in vendor selection, wedding day timeline planning, communication with all vendors and the venue, planning of all elements including menu, music, décor, etc. This tier basically gets you the planning side of your wedding, as well as management and complete coordination.

Elise be your personal assistant from start to finish.

DECOR SERVICES BY DEVINE DESIGN DECOR

Mandy of Devine Design Decor will design your wedding decor for a decoration fee that is in addition to your wedding package price. Photo by Gray Photography.

Starting at $600.

This price includes decoration of the indoor ceremony site, downstairs reception tables, head table, cake table, candles, and welcome tables with items from our décor closet. She will meet with you to discuss your decor dreams and then take care of placing all decor items and pieces so that all you need to worry about on your wedding day is getting ready!
