How big is your facility?
We have a 5,000 square foot Event Barn with 4 bathrooms, an upstairs mezzanine, and an outdoor patio. The Cottage includes the Bridal Suite, Groom's Lounge, and commercial kitchen. Located on our 200 acre farm, the property also includes the Stables and a picturesque lake featuring the Dock and outdoor Wedding Chapel.
What is our max space the event barn can hold?
We can hold up to 300 people.
How do we reserve Pine Meadows?
We required a signed contract and a 50% retainer fee upon booking with us. The reminder is due 30 days before the wedding.
How long can I reserve the space for my Wedding day?
All of our weddings are from 9am-12pm. We will not have other events on the day of your wedding.
What is your cancelation policy?
If we are able to rebook your date your money is refundable. Otherwise, it is not refundable.
Is your facility wheelchair accessible?
Yes! The building is ADA approved. However, the mezzanine is not accessible to those in a wheelchair.
Do you allow real candles?
Real candles are allowed as long as they are votives in a glass holder.
Do you allow sparklers?
Sparklers are allowed for outside use only. Make sure that all sparklers are collected and put in a bucket of water when finished.
What décor do you not allow?
We do not allow glitter, open face real candles inside, or confetti. No tape is allowed on the walls.
Are we allowed to bring in our own decorations?
Yes, you are welcome to decorate on your own and even bring in your own décor.
What time is the last call for alcohol?
The last call is at 11pm.
Does your facility have WIFI? Yes, we will provide it for you upon request.
Do you allow smoking?
We only allow smoking at designated outside areas; there are designated smoking receptacles. Please do not smoke in the Event Barn, The Cottage, or The Stables.
When can we have our rehearsal?
2 hour rehearsal, scheduled 45 days out. We will plan to schedule them on a Monday-Thursday before your wedding.
What’s your weather contingency (backup) plan for outdoor weddings?
Because the Event Barn is large enough to hold an indoor wedding, outdoor weddings can be relocated into the Event Barn.
Are you licensed to provide alcohol services?
Yes, all alcohol and drinks will be provided by our in-house service Bar By Zachary. No outside alcohol is allowed.
Do you have kitchen facilities?
Yes, we have a full commercial kitchen. We have an open kitchen policy with a signed agreement.
Can your venue accommodate a DJ or Live band?
Yes, we have space for a DJ and/or a live band!
Do you provide a coat check service?
Yes, that will need to be scheduled ahead of time and there will be an extra fee for this service.
When can we schedule a tour of Pine Meadows?
We are available Monday-Friday by appointment. So give us a call, text, or email to get your tour scheduled!!
What is a facility Manager?
Facility Manager is not a day-of coordinator. They are on site during your event to handle venue related responsibilities.
When can vendors arrive to set up?
They can arrive once your rental period begins.
What is the clean up at the end of the event?
Décor set-up and tear down is the responsibility of the client. The client will be responsible for placing all trash from the Event Barn in the designated outside trash cans. All food from the kitchen must be cleaned up and placed in the designated outside trash cans.
Is there a security deposit?
A $300 refundable security deposit will be added to your final invoice and refunded 5-7 days after your wedding if no damages occur.
